30 days Easy Exchange and Return Policy
We offer you thirty days easy Exchange and Return policy; if you find anything wrong with our products, you can contact us via Email, Whatsapp,/Live Chat. Please remember that when you receive our products within 7 days, you can reach us anytime. Our customer support agent will settle your concern to either satisfy you or refund or exchange the product. After seven (7) days, no return, exchange, or refund will be made, engaged, or entertained. You must have to contact us within 7 days along with a snap/photo to highlight your issue so that you will be entertained within 30 days.
This Refund Policy will apply when:
- There will be no alteration of the products by the buyer.
- There will be no tags removal by the buyer.
- If the product is in good shape unused and in the original form shipped to you by us.
- If the complaint about the product is done by our end then we will make either refund or exchange as per your satisfaction.
The Refund Policy doesn’t apply when:
- If you order one item in two different sizes, it is not eligible for a refund because customers misuse this facility.
- You have altered your perspective on a thing.
- You purchased a thing unintentionally.
- You exceeded the 30 days.
- You change your mind.
Let us Email, Whatsapp,/Live Chat as soon as possible the delivered product’s images and clearly state your concern you see in the product from the one saw during purchase. When we investigate and confirm the product, we will contact you to send it back for a full refund, and the buyer will be liable to pay the shipping cost and earlier postage cost that we paid because we offer free shipping to our customers, but it is not free to us.
If you want to exchange the item with another size so we offer them another item free of cost (new size), yet he will just liable to pay the postage cost that will rely upon the weight and size of the item.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
If we confirm your suit return, we will give you the RMA number to stick it on the delivery box to ship to our warehouse.
Each country varies in its customs duties, laws and regulations. For the ease of buyer, we mark all of our shipments as Free Shipping and send it as a gift to help the buyer to not suffer paying several custom duties. However, all the shipments or items that we ship do charge the shipment accordingly.
note: the item is not free neither the shipping of the parcel. Incase the state charges any custom duties on the parcel, the buyer is liable to pay all the duties not the seller.
A restocking fee is a charge when merchandise is returned. The Restocking is the costs to recover of repackaging and shipping. The amount of restocking fee is depends on the product size, type and weight.
