30 days Easy Exchange and Return Policy

We offer you thirty days easy Exchange and Return policy; if you find anything wrong with our products, you can contact us via Email, Whatsapp,/Live Chat. Please remember that when you receive our products within 7 days, you can reach us anytime. Our customer support agent will settle your concern to either satisfy you or refund or exchange the product. After seven (7) days, no return, exchange, or refund will be made, engaged, or entertained. You must have to contact us within 7 days along with a snap/photo to highlight your issue so that you will be entertained within 30 days.

Refund Policy will apply when

  • No alteration of the suits or removal of tags because doing this will make you ineligible for the refund.
  • No refund will be entertained if you ordered two or more than two comparable items with specific customized sizes because it doesn’t suit anyone else.
  • If the product is misused.
  • If items are not used, and they are in their original form that we shipped to you.

Return Policy

Let us Email, Whatsapp,/Live Chat as soon as possible the delivered product’s images and clearly state your concern you see in the product from the one saw during purchase. When we investigate and confirm the product, we will contact you to send it back for a full refund, and the buyer will be liable to pay the shipping cost and earlier postage cost that we paid because we offer free shipping to our customers, but it is not free to us.

Exchange Policy

If we delivered the products mentioned on our website, but you want to exchange the suit with different colors and sizes, we will exchange it free of cost with an exciting new one.

RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number

If we confirm your suit return, we will give you the RMA number to stick it on the delivery box to ship to our warehouse.

Custom Duties

Each country varies in its customs duties, laws and regulations. For the ease of buyer, we mark all of our shipments as Free Shipping and send it as a gift to help the buyer to not suffer paying several custom duties. However, all the shipments or items that we ship do charge the shipment accordingly.
note: the item is not free neither the shipping of the parcel. Incase the state charges any custom duties on the parcel, the buyer is liable to pay all the duties not the seller.
